Design By Sergio has installed thousands of kitchens in over 25 years in business in Sydney, Australia.

Below gives you an insight into the design and construction of our unique kitchens.

Construction

Andrews use stainless steel screws for all cabinetry–never a nail or tack. The cabinetry screws are all long-shank, with a prominent thread. Once in, they will never loosen or dislodge.

Materials

Andrews use the finest medium-density fiberboard for all our cabinetry carcases. Water-resistant and without warp, these boards are very structurally strong and can be finished in a myriad of ways.

Drawer & Hinge Systems

We stock Blum drawer systems and pull-outs exclusively. They are the world's leading drawer and hinge hardware maker. Andrews Custom Kitchens uses the whole line of Blum hinge systems, ranging from the Clip, to the Modul and the Compact.

Edging

Design by Sergio does all of its edging within the factory, guaranteeing high-quality results and perfect fit. 2mm edging is our standard, smoothed to a fine finish by our assemblers.
